Oakmont Management Group, including Ivy Park at Seal Beach, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public and common areas, and perform resident laundry with a friendly, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
