Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Senior living, assisted living, supportive living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties required of the position.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Flexibility to work holidays as needed.
• Must meet applicable health requirements and successfully complete required background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, hallways, and shared spaces.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and waste removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the community.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Director and community leadership.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents.
