Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a part-time housekeeper for weekend shifts to support our mission of vibrant senior living. The role focuses on keeping resident areas clean, safe, and welcoming, and involves following established procedures and schedules.

You will provide friendly service to residents and coworkers, clean apartments and common areas, follow infection control and safety protocols, and report hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Clean residents' apartments and common areas according to schedule.
• Follow infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• Adhere to procedures regarding infection control, chemical handling, and safety.
• Submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
