Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Services: Washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring waste areas are clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
