Haywood Springs is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents. You will perform general cleaning, laundry, waste management, and collaborate with staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a compassionate attitude toward the elderly, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, resident-centered approach is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping to keep common areas and resident rooms clean and safe.
• Laundry Services: wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling properly and keep waste areas organized.
• Inventory Management: restock cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety protocols for a hygienic environment for residents and staff.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with staff to maintain facility upkeep.
• Resident Engagement: interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
