Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Driver to transport residents to activities and events with a focus on safety and courteous service. The role requires a clean driving record and adherence to safety practices in a senior living environment.

You will operate vehicles, assist residents, and help maintain vehicle readiness. The position supports flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time hours, and is ideal for candidates who value reliability and compassionate service in a community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current CDL may be required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
• Competent in organization, time management skills and handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips.
• Operate radio/ccell phone/pager to communicate with base or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition monthly and per trip.
