Artis Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our vibrant communities in a full-time capacity. You will learn, prepare, cook and plate a variety of colorful recipes, ensuring presentation and food quality meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SERV Safe certification required or ability to obtain on hire.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn, prepare, cook and plate a variety of recipes following company standards.
• Enhance resident experience by applying cooking skills to elevate community culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary workstation in line with health dept. practices.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and contribute ideas for an elevated resident experience.
• May assist with other duties as needed.
