Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a compassionate Resident Caregiver to join our senior living team at Landing at Watercrest in Kingwood Garden Village. The role involves hands-on support, building relationships, and enhancing residents' quality of life.

You'll work with a care team to maintain independence, safety, and comfort, delivering patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism. A meaningful career path in a supportive community awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of caregiving, resident assistant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements.
• Must successfully complete all required state and company training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments.
• Document resident care and services accurately and timely.
• Support community activities and encourage resident participation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
