Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a compassionate Resident Caregiver to join our senior living team at Isle at Raider Ranch in Cedar Park, TX. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist mobility, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment that preserves independence. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED; 6+ months caregiving experience; English communication; CPR preferred. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and patience when caring for seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments and document care provided.
