Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a compassionate Resident Caregiver to join our senior living team at Landing at Watermere Frisco. You will provide hands-on support to residents, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, welcoming community that respects independence and dignity.

In this full-time role, you will work with a dedicated team that values empathy, teamwork, and excellence in resident care, with opportunities for growth within a growing senior living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum six (6) months of caregiving, resident assistant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement throughout the day.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments.
• Document resident care and services accurately and timely.
• Support community activities and encourage resident participation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

CPR certification preferred
