Job summary

The Viridian is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and support nutritious, high-quality meals for residents. You will help prepare, portion, and serve meals, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, portioning, and serving in accordance with dietary plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist residents during meals and set up dining spaces.
• Adhere to food safety protocols for storage, handling, and sanitation.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and inventory checks of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support in accommodating residents' dietary preferences and needs.
