Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic 2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff for our assisted living community located in North Durham, near Duke University. You will assist residents with personal care, monitor vital signs, and support meal services while maintaining a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have caregiver experience, a passion for senior care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.
• Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.
• Maturity, reliability and adaptability in varied settings.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration practices.
• Maintain safety, complete incident reports, and observe changes in condition.
