Calyx Living in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh, is seeking energetic 2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff for our assisted living community.

You will assist residents with personal care, monitor self-administration of medications, help with hygiene, and observe residents for changes in condition while ensuring safety and quality care during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.
• Must have compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
• Reliable, responsive and attentive.
• 18 years or older with a demonstrated maturity.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Monitor self-administration of medication and record observations.
• Ensure resident hygiene and safety at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report promptly.
• Complete incident reports when needed.
• Assist with meal services and nutrition support.
