Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility.
• Previous healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily living support to residents.
• Assist with medication reminders and mobility around the facility.
• Plan meals, assist with activities, and help with transportation or errands as needed.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care tailored to each resident.
