Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a welcoming environment.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
