Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily care needs as indicated in their service plans.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to residents' health.
• Assist in developing and revising Service Plans by informing supervisors of resident needs and effective approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights promptly and accurately.
