Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is hiring Caregivers to support memory care and assisted living residents with daily activities, companionship, and safe mobility. This on-call/PRN role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships and contribute to a caring community.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Genuine desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact daily.
• Reliability, teamwork, and kindness.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred – we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting).
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Observe and report changes to the Nurse or Med Tech.
• Respond to call lights and requests for assistance.
• Safely operate lifts and other mobility equipment.
• Accurately recording care and updating the team.
