Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living and wellbeing in a warm, home-like environment. You’ll work with caregivers and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and meaningful connections with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/BLS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
