Americare Senior Living seeks a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents in a warm, home-like setting at Harmony Hill in Huntingdon, TN. You will assist with daily activities and contribute to a respectful, safe living environment.

Join a team that values dignity, teamwork, and ongoing growth, with a pay rate of $13.75–$14.75 per hour and full-time 3rd shift plus PRN/PT 1st shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus - training available.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
