Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid knowledge and residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed with a valid license.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's with compassion.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal prep and light housekeeping.
