Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical home care to seniors in the Canton area. You will join a family-owned agency that values commitment, consistency, and compassionate service; weekday and weekend shifts available, with 4-12 hour blocks and matching clients to optimize care.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with insurance, paid time off, and perks like same-day pay and professional training.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle in your name
• Able to provide transportation for clients
• Advanced Proficiency in English – read, write and communicate clearly
• 1–3 years hands-on Senior Caregiver / HHA / CNA experience
• Minimum of 3 days of availability per week
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts
• Lift, push, pull up to 25 pounds
• Daily internet, email and mobile access; WellSky experience a plus
