Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to older adults in clients’ homes. Join a family-owned agency that emphasizes dignity, respect, and high-quality care.

Eligible candidates are fluent in English, have 1–3 years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and can travel within the service area. Flexible day/weekend shifts and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Availability to commit to 3 designated, recurring blocks (3+ full days per week)
• Reliable and dependable for client health and safety
• Good read/write/speak in English
• Willing to travel up to 30 minutes in the service area
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to older adults in clients' homes
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Ensure client safety and well-being and report changes to supervisors
• Complete required documentation and communicate with team
