Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care for seniors in the Canton area. Shifts include both weekday and weekend options with 4–12 hour blocks for steady schedules.

We offer competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour, plus benefits such as vision and dental insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience and can travel up to 15 miles.

Qualifications

• Advanced Proficiency in English – read, write and communicate clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle in your name.
• Able to provide transportation for clients to appointments and activities.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Senior Caregiver/Home Health Aide/CNA experience (certifications a plus).
• Commit to a minimum of 3 days availability per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to senior clients.
• Match clients to caregivers to ensure optimal care.
• Assist with daily activities and companionship.
• Maintain reliable scheduling and transport as needed.
