The Lexington is seeking a Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who strive to improve the lives of residents, families and the community. The Caregiver assists with activities of daily living, hygiene, socialization and health needs while promoting independence and dignity. Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Must meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support resident independence and dignity through compassionate care and professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information and document appropriately.
