The Lexington in Ventura, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who support residents with daily living activities and preserve their dignity. The Pennant Group, Inc. is the holding company behind this position, with PSL facilities serving communities across the US.

Starting pay is $18 per hour. We value respectful, person-centered care and ongoing teamwork to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Formación

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Encourage independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff and report needs to supervisors.
