Shift availability includes day and night hours; training and ongoing education are provided to ensure quality care across our communities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Completion of state approved Caregiver program is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, dining, and daily activities.
• Maintain resident dignity and independence through compassionate care.
• Follow care plans and report changes in resident health to supervisor.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and comply with Resident Rights policies.
• Engage residents to promote social interaction and meaningful activities.
