Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents with daily living, hygiene, mobility, and safety in our care communities. The role emphasizes compassion, respect, and teamwork across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.

You will assist residents to promote independence, participate in activities, and help maintain a comfortable, homelike environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
