Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Pineville, NC is seeking caring and dedicated Care Givers to support residents across our Haven and Laurels communities with daily activities and compassionate, person-centered care. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and safety in a home‑like environment.

CNA certification is preferred, and prior experience with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
