TerraBella Senior Living in Greensboro, NC is hiring Care Givers to join our community. The Care Giver provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents, helping maintain a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
