• Observes and documents residents' behaviors and progress.
• Attends to routine ADLs and supports daily living activities.
• Gives medications as prescribed by physician with RN delegation.
• Records weights and vital signs under RN delegation.
• Engages residents in activities and social events.
• Ensures safety and well-being; follows care plans and documents incidents.
• Attends mandatory trainings and continuing education.
