Job summary

Ivyliving—Ivy Park at Palo Alto, a premier senior living community—is seeking a Care Provider for a full-time AM shift (6:00am–2:30pm). The role emphasizes assisting residents with daily living activities, preserving dignity, safety, and independence while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with staff, physicians, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in residents to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
