The Ivy Pueblo, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in Colorado, is seeking a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and to promote independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring), responding promptly to residents’ needs, reporting changes to supervisors, maintaining a safe

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
