A dedicated senior care community in Winston-Salem is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities and promote their dignity and independence. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and grooming.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and promote engagement.
