Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Check residents every two hours and report findings.
• Respond to resident calls in a timely manner.
• Escort residents to meals and assist during dining.
• Maintain a safe environment and proper body mechanics.
• Complete daily assignment sheets.
• Disclose any medication that might impair performance.
