The Highlands is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and maintain all common spaces and resident rooms with empathy for seniors. Candidates should follow procedures, stay calm, and communicate changes to management.

A team-oriented environment supports delivering compassionate care daily. Requirements include English literacy, High School diploma or GED, with prior hospitality or senior living experience being helpful.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring attitude for seniors.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred, hospitality/senior living helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standards and procedures.
• Dust and clean common areas and resident rooms.
• Vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor.
• Assist in infection control and proper chemical handling.
• Attend trainings, meetings and maintain composure in all situations.
• Support team and assist other staff as needed.
