Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient approach in senior care.

• Experience in caregiving, senior living, or healthcare required.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to leadership.
• Encourage engagement in activities, programs, and social events.
• Follow care plans to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments.
• Support meals, hydration, and light housekeeping for residents.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team.
• Support new resident orientation and welcome them to the community.
