Job summary

Allouez Senior Living is seeking a 2nd shift part-time caregiver to support daily living activities and supervise residents. The role includes housekeeping, dining duties, and life enrichment tasks, while promoting the facility’s culture.

You will assist semi-ambulatory residents, document observations, and respond to emergencies as needed. Qualifications include completing the probation period, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CBRF training.

Qualifications

• Must complete the probationary period successfully.
• Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary.
• Desired: High School Diploma or equivalent; CBRF Training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, eating, etc.) as per individualized service plan.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, dining tasks and life enrichment activities.
• Monitor and chart administration of residents’ medications as applicable.
• Provide comfort and companionship; uphold residents’ rights and dignity.
• Follow emergency procedures and call 911 if needed.
• Read and apply updated ISP’s; participate in monthly staff meetings and trainings.
