• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
