Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
