The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team that ensures patients, families, and significant others receive individualized, high‑quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required or compact license.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) in clinical care.
• Provide patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity and individual needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and effective communication.
• Document care promptly and adhere to governance policies and standards.
