Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a hospital network with day and night shifts across multiple specialties. The RN will deliver patient care per physician plans, perform assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and assist surgeons while maintaining sterile technique.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN and an active RN license in the practice state, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to patient care assignments.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to patient care assignments.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
