Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time/part-time shifts (Day & Night) across multiple units. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive patient care per physician plans, with emphasis on assessments, education for patients and caregivers, and supporting surgical teams.

The position requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and BLS certification within 30 days. Travel to care sites may be needed as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
• American Heart Association BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
