Qualifications
- Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and active RN license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of patient education techniques and effective communication.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required for multi-unit care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
- Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
- Provide patient and caregiver education.
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
- Perform circulating and scrub functions.
- Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
