• Develops patient plans of care with physicians and families.
• Documents care accurately and timely per standards.
• Participates in department performance improvement and shared governance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to support longitudinal plan of care.
• Escalates safety or experience concerns through proper channels.
