Job summary

Mercy Health seeks an RN to deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess patients, and coordinate with the health team. You will plan and evaluate nursing care, administer medications safely, and act as a patient safety advocate across hospital departments.

The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to policies, and ongoing quality improvement. A state RN license is required; BLS is preferred; multiple shift options may be available.

Qualifications

• Required RN license from the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association preferred.
