Job summary

Nemasket Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Middleborough, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a PART-TIME role in a subacute unit. You will provide high-quality care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include MA RN license, CPR, 1 year geriatric/rehab experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and accountability are essential. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts (active).
• Minimum 1 year of geriatric nursing or rehabilitation experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• English reading/writing and following instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders and document accordingly.
• Collect data to assist nursing assessments each shift.
• Provide daily shift reports to CNAs and review resident assignments.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans with Care Plan Coordinator.
• Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences as requested.
• Assist with rounds and procedures as needed.
