Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of triage procedures and clinic/urgent care experience.
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under physician or midlevel provider guidance.
• Collect patient health data, analyze to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Implement interventions from the plan and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Perform professional nursing work with defined objectives and policies.
• Provide patient and family health education and assessments.
