Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of triage procedures with clinical experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Ability to educate patients and families clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under physician or midlevel provider supervision.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Perform professional nursing duties with appropriate policies and objectives.
• Educate patients and families about health, disease, and care.
