Job summary

Ohio State University Physicians is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient care team in Columbus, Ohio. You will provide skilled nursing care under physician direction, collect patient data, and help develop and implement individualized care plans.

The role requires an active Ohio RN license, ADN, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication with patients and families. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an ADN from an accredited nursing program (ACNE/ACEN).
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of triage procedures and clinical settings (clinic/urgent care).
• Ability to educate patients and families and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under physician or provider supervision.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to inform diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a care plan to achieve expected outcomes.
• Execute interventions from the care plan and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Perform nursing duties in line with organizational policies and safety standards.
