Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data.
• Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans.
• Documents patient data to measure progress and identify learning needs for patients and families.
• Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines, collaborates with team, and participates in required educational programs.
